Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House consider the Senate message (page 1693) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 145(HES)                                                
"An Act relating to certification of teachers."

SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 145(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to certification of teachers; and providing for an
